How will you ship my order?

We ship orders via the Royal Mail.  

When will my order ship out?

We carry an assortment of in stock items. All IN STOCK orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours.  If the item is a preorder item, it will usually ship within 5-10 days - this is not a guarantee, but a strong expectation.  If there is a backorder with the manufacturer and the order can not be filled within 15 days we will notify you.  Backorders are beyond our control and you may cancel your order at any time - please notify us if you decide you do not wish to wait for backordered items.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship outside the United Kingdom.  Nor do we take credit cards issued from banks outside of the United Kingdom.
