Return Policy: We would like you to be happy with your ordered products. But if you wish to return or exchange any item(s) from our store, please read this page carefully. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will replace/refund items that have been supplied by us in error. Due to the nature of our business, all items are personalised. So we will not refund or replace items that are wrong due to customer error.
Whatever the problem, please get prior approval via email before returning an item. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new, unworn and unused condition. We'll also refund the return shipping cost if we made a mistake in shipping you the wrong item. When returning an item(s), please put a copy of the invoice with the merchandise.
The Customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance charges when shipping items back. We will credit your credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees.
Damaged Items: We inspect all of our items before shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping you need to contact us within 24 hours so that we may contact our shipping company. Please save the packing materials of damaged items for the shipping company to inspect.
Processing Time: It can take up to 5 business days to process returns once we have received them and credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement (varies depending on your bank). Exchange items are shipped based on availability from the manufacturer once your return has been received and inspected.
